This policy is for the ZYRA Exterior Cleaning Solutions website. ZYRA Exterior Cleaning Solutions is a sole trader business covering Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

Who is responsible for your data

ZYRA Exterior Cleaning Solutions is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through phone, WhatsApp or email about our services.

What this site collects

You contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. We do not ask you to create an account. We do not run advertising cookies or analytics cookies on these pages.

If you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you send, which may include:

  • your phone number (on a call or WhatsApp message)
  • your name, if you give it
  • your email address, if you write to us
  • the address of the property you want cleaned, if you give it
  • notes about the job (pressure washing, gutters, fascia and soffits, render, soft washing, roof, cladding or windows)

The server that hosts the site may keep standard technical logs for a short time (for example IP address, browser type and pages requested) so the site can be kept running and secure. Those logs are not used to profile you.

Cookies and third-party tools

This site uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering that you closed the preview notice. We do not set marketing or analytics cookies.

The contact map is provided by Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. Google's privacy information is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when the font files are requested. See Google's privacy information for that service.

Why we use the information

We use contact details and job notes only to:

  • reply to your call, WhatsApp message or email
  • give a quote and arrange a visit
  • carry out the work and take payment
  • keep a simple record of the job while it is active

The legal basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interests in running a local exterior cleaning service, and, where you ask us to quote or book, steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you.

How long we keep it

We keep job and contact notes only as long as they are needed for the work, payment and any follow-up you asked for. After that they are deleted or reduced so they no longer identify you, unless we must keep a record for tax or legal reasons.

Server logs are kept only for a short operational period.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We may share it with:

  • the hosting company that stores this website, so the site can run
  • WhatsApp / Meta, if you message us there (they process the message under their own terms)
  • our bank, if you pay by bank transfer (they see the payment details you send)
  • the police or a regulator, if the law requires it

Your information is processed in the United Kingdom. If a supplier stores data outside the UK, we will only use them where UK data protection law allows it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • see the personal data we hold about you
  • correct it if it is wrong
  • delete it, where the law allows
  • restrict or object to how we use it
  • receive a copy in a portable format, where this applies

Children

This site is for adults arranging property cleaning. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
